Material Costs

We bill materials at our wholesale prices plus approx. 25%. This markup covers ordering effort, storage, logistics, and coordination.
This ensures we supply only certified brand products—standards-compliant, safe, and durable.

Why do you charge a markup on materials?

We purchase only certified brand products from wholesalers. The approx. 25% markup covers ordering, storage, and coordination—and ensures everything arrives on time and in the right quality.

What does a complete apartment renovation cost?

As a guideline: approx. €100 / m² for the minimum equipment per ÖNORM. Depending on extras (smart home, more sockets, PV integration), costs may be higher.

What does an E-Befund cost?
